Welcome to The Laundry Hub SF. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website, facilities, and services. By accessing or using our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our laundromat or website.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
     

2. Services Provided

 

We currently offer:
✅ Self-Service Laundry – Customers are responsible for operating the machines themselves.
✅ Commercial Laundry Services – Available for businesses upon request.

🚫 We do NOT currently offer drop-off or wash & fold services.

The availability of services is subject to change at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices for all services are clearly displayed in-store and online.

  • Payment must be made before using any machine or service.

  • We accept cash and credit/debit cards.

  • 🚫 Mobile payments are NOT accepted.

  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
     

4. Facility & Equipment Use

  • Customers must follow all posted instructions and machine guidelines.

  • Machines are used at your own risk; we are not responsible for damage to clothing due to improper use.

  • Do not overload machines or use unauthorized detergents.

  • Customers must remove their laundry promptly after the cycle is completed.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or unattended items.

  • If a machine malfunctions, report it immediately to our staff.
     

5. Store Policies & Conduct

  • No loitering, disruptive behavior, or soliciting is allowed on the premises.

  • No smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption inside the laundromat.

  • Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.

  • Customers are expected to keep the space clean and dispose of trash properly.

  • The Laundry Hub SF reserves the right to refuse service or ask customers to leave if they violate store policies.
     

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • We strive to maintain fully functional equipment, but downtime, malfunctions, or maintenance issues may occur.

  • The Laundry Hub SF is not responsible for:

    • Damage to clothing due to machine use.

    • Loss or theft of personal belongings.

    • Unclaimed laundry left behind by customers.

  • Customers assume all risks when using our machines and facilities.
     

7. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotions are offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

  • Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Example Promotion: 50% OFF on 60-30 lb machines on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

  • Terms of promotions may change without notice.
