By using The Laundry Hub SF’s services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

We provide wash & fold laundry services, including in-store drop-off and pickup and delivery. Orders must be placed through our website or authorized ordering platform.

2. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid prior to pickup or delivery. Pricing is based on weight, laundry type, and selected add-ons. We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards.

3. Laundry Care & Limitations

We take reasonable care of your garments but cannot guarantee:

  • Complete stain removal

  • No damage to delicate or worn items

  • Colorfastness or shrinkage prevention

We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing defects or fragile materials not disclosed at the time of drop-off or pickup.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

Liability is limited to the cost of service for the affected load. We do not reimburse replacement value for any item.

5. Prohibited Items

Do not include:

  • Items contaminated with bodily fluids, grease, or hazardous materials

  • Sharp objects, electronics, or valuables

  • Items requiring dry cleaning or specialized care not offered by our service

6. Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within 14 days of completion may be donated. We are not responsible for items left beyond this period.

7. SMS Consent

By submitting your order, you consent to receive SMS order updates and service communications from The Laundry Hub SF. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will post the revised terms on our website at thelaundryhubsf.com and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or SMS to customers with an active account. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Pricing Adjustment

Our pricing is subject to periodic adjustments to reflect changes in operating costs, including utilities, labor, and supplies. We will provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice via email or SMS prior to any price change taking effect. For commercial and subscription accounts, we will provide a minimum of 60 days' notice, and annual adjustments will not exceed 10% of the then-current rate. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
