1. Service Overview

We provide wash & fold laundry services, including pickup and drop-off. Orders must be placed through our website.

2. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid prior to pickup. Pricing is based on weight, laundry type, and selected add-ons.

3. Laundry Care & Limitations

We take reasonable care of your garments but cannot guarantee:

• Complete stain removal

• No damage to delicate or worn items

• Colorfastness or shrinkage prevention

We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing defects or fragile materials.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

Liability is limited to the cost of service for the affected load. We do not reimburse replacement value for any item.

5. Prohibited Items

Do not include:

• Items contaminated with bodily fluids, grease, or hazardous waste

• Sharp objects, electronics, or valuables

6. Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within 14 days of completion may be donated. We are not responsible for items left beyond this period.
