No. Every order is washed on its own, start to finish. A receipt follows your order from washer to dryer to folding table, and each attendant handles no more than three orders at a time.
No. Leave the bag out where you told us to collect it and we’ll take it from there. Same for the drop back.
Monday through Friday. We don’t collect on weekends because the store is at its busiest and the team can’t do both properly.
48 hours as standard. 24 hour and same day are available at a higher rate.
$2.50 a pound for wash and fold on a 48 hour turnaround, with a 15 pound minimum, which works out at $37.50. 24 hour is $3.10 a pound and same day is $3.65 a pound. Add-ons such as bleach, fabric softener or white vinegar are $0.15 a pound, and sorting by color is $0.25.
You pay the 15 pound minimum. It’s the floor that makes a small order worth running a van for, and we’d rather tell you now than at checkout.
Yes, and they’re priced individually rather than by the pound. A Full-Queen comforter is $20, a rug is $20 to $40, a sleeping bag is $18.
